Vince Martino Director, US Operations |
Vince, oversees all business development and project management for all of Naico's US-based clients. In Vince's 15-years of technology leadership experience, to include roles as product manager for Dynamicsoft, a company acquired by Cisco Systems, director for Capital One Financial, and Chief Operating Officer of Balihoo, a startup that provides web-based marketing solutions to national franchise-based companies. Vince also served as a captain in the Marine Corps, and later co-authored the highly acclaimed business book, The Marine Corps Way (McGraw-Hill, 2003). With Vince's presence in the United States, Naico is able to provide a tremendous benefit to its clients and a competitive advantage over other outsourcing companies that work in a purely remote fashion. Vince works in a hands-on fashion with Naico clients to ensure requirements, budgets, and timelines are met and expectations are consistently met, and most often times surpassed. Vince holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a bachelor's degree from the US Naval Academy. |
