Naico executed this project from start to end using agile methodology, from iterative requirements gathering to on-site deployment. Currently this solution is used by the client’s branch offices across 17 countries.

Client was able to completely replace its spreadsheet based manual KPI management process with a totally automated and integrated system in place. Naico executed this project well within the budget and at a much lower TCO than client executing this project in-house.
