Our client, a Fortune 100 company, that is a world leader in food, health and wellness, headquartered in Switzerland, needed a secure and highly configurable Intranet application for defining and capturing Key Process Indicators from its’ regional offices and factories across the MENA region.

 

Naico designed and developed a solution that seamlessly integrated with the client’s business intelligence systems and met its stringent corporate security requirements. Naico executed this project from start to end using agile methodology, from iterative requirements gathering to on-site deployment. Currently this solution is used by the client’s branch offices across 17 countries.

 

Client was able to completely replace its spreadsheet based manual KPI management process with a totally automated and integrated system in place. Naico executed this project well within the budget and at a much lower TCO than client executing this project in-house.

 

Client approved Naico as one of its preferred technology vendors, and we have been receiving RFP’s from the client on a consistent basis.
